How the day is shaped

Pre-work
An intake form, plus optional completion of the Code Violet toolkit — so we spend our time on what matters, not on gathering basics.
The session
Around three hours, in two blocks with a break: nervous-system mapping for your child, a pattern conversation with you, and a personalized practice plan built in the room.
30-day follow-up
One 30-minute check-in call, plus two async voice-note exchanges — because the weeks after a deep dive are where it either lands or fades.
You keep
A written personalized plan, one to two pages, that you can return to whenever things get loud.
