What I bring to your setting

  1. 5 days with students

    I host a class with your students for 1 hour a day over 5 days, introducing practical tools for their mental and emotional wellbeing.

  2. 1-hour teacher session

    After the student classes, I host a session with the teachers so they can carry the language and practices into everyday school life.

  3. Full instruction manual

    I leave behind the full instruction manual, giving your team a structure for continuing the practices and building better daily habits.

  4. Ongoing monthly licence

    Monthly licensing provides access to the online e-book toolkit or soft-cover booklet, supporting continued learning after my visit.

Children benefit when the adults around them use the same calm, clear language. I work with each institution to understand its setting, introduce the foundations carefully, and leave the full instruction manual so these practices can become part of daily life.
